Its creamy froth makes it very elegant. Its “evolution” gives it characteristics of excellence. On the palate all the pleasant sensations perceived on the nose are appreciated, a wine of great class; note of merit for years of our sparkling wine production.
It accompanies the whole meal and is enhanced with crustaceans and molluscs, its multiple qualities make it appreciated at all hours.
It is recommended to consume it in the 24 months following disgorgement which enhances the perfect balance of freshness and evolution, if you want to amplify the “Tertiary” notes of warm and sweet scents, creamy and enveloping foam and an evolved and elegant flavor the sparkling wine can also be stored for 48/60 months in poorly lit environments and at a constant temperature and in any case not higher than 20°C.
