It is recommended to consume it in the 24 months following disgorgement which enhances the perfect balance of freshness and evolution, if you want to amplify the “Tertiary” notes of warm and sweet perfumes, creamy and enveloping foam and an evolved and elegant flavor the sparkling wine can also be stored for 48/60 months in poorly lit environments and at a constant temperature and in any case not higher than 20°C.
