Fruity with hints of red fruits, evolved with hints of honey. Yeast and bread crust that gradually give way to floral scents.

Intense from a persistent finish of red and fresh fruits supported by a good acidity and structure and elegant for the complex and evolved note.

It is enhanced with crustaceans and molluscs.

The sparkling wine is already aged on the lees for a long time, its characteristics are also suitable for further refinement even after disgorgement, however not beyond 48 months.
