Fruity aroma with flavors of pear, apple and tropical fruit, evolved, with memories of bread crust, yeast and acacia honey.

Flavor Full, harmonious and intense the taste is characterized by a persistent finish of citrus and ripe pear.The sensations perceived by the sense of smell are amplified in the palate. A balanced acidity makes the product fresh and inviting.

Excellent pairing as an aperitif, it is enhanced with crustaceans and molluscs.

Conservation to be consumed within two years of disgorgement. Preferably store in a cool place.
