Very intriguing; the complexity perceived on the nose is proposed to the taste associated with a warm and enveloping tannin that leaves the palate pleasantly satisfied. We obtain from Merlot grapes a wine of great personality.
Both grilled and long cooking red meats such as traditional roasts and stews, cured meats and aged cheeses for its “heat” can be served as a “meditation” wine.
Wine suitable for long bottle aging. Its great characteristics are enhanced if well preserved in poorly lit environments and at a constant temperature and not in any case higher than 20 °.
